We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. Prices are listed and you are responsible for shipping, return shipping, and any additional charges such as taxes or foreign exchange fees.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please review this email carefully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
4. Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Goods/Merchandise)

Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping method selected during checkout. Depending on the shipping option you choose, will depend on your shipping time. (Express, Priority, Standard, Economy)

All Express Orders are usually sent out same day if ordered before 12pm. All Express orders are Monday through Friday, Holidays and Weekends and After Hour Orders are not included in same day shipping. Express Orders Past 12pm may possibly be shipped the following morning.

Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to lost, incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you didn't receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier you choose at checkout to file a claim.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any duties, customs fees, taxes, fees, or additional shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier you choose at checkout to file a claim.
5. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
All sales of merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any merchandise purchases unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or incorrect size or color from what was ordered).

Store Error: If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item/order to our support email with your order number and details of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or providing a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Exchanges: Approved store error exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 14 days from receipt to process and inspect. All exchanges are at sole discretion of ActivatingLight LLC.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original new condition to qualify for a replacement. We reserve the right to request photos of the defective or incorrect item before processing any replacement or refund.

Return Shipping (If Store Error): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we determine that the return is due to a store error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to lost, incorrect or incomplete return addresses. If we didn't receive your package, No refund or exchange will apply.

7. Chargebacks and Fees
By making a purchase on our website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or any other payment processor. All issues must be resolved directly with us, ActivatingLight LLC, and must follow all our Purchase, Return, & Exchange Policy.

Unauthorized Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with us or is found to be fraudulent, you will be responsible for all chargeback fees, attorney’s fees, and any associated costs incurred by ActivatingLight LLC as a result of the chargeback.
