How to Use the Floor Electrode Pad

It is recommended to place the Floor Electrode Pad/Mat underneath your foot pads so the frequencies travel into the body rather than into the floor.

1. Place the Floor Electrode Pad on the floor.
2. Insert the foot pads into the damp cloth covers.
3. Place the covered foot pads on top of the Floor Electrode Pad.
4. Keep Foot Electrodes 4" or more apart to prevent machine damage. (electrodes should Never touch)
5. Rest your bare feet directly on the damp cloth covers so they are in contact with your skin.
6. Connect the foot pads to your machine and proceed with your session.

If you are using hand electrodes, make sure they are connected as well. Hand electrodes may be held in your hands or placed under the armpits during use.

Using both hand electrodes and foot electrodes allows the frequencies to travel through the entire body, creating a complete circuit.

**Don't forget All Electrodes need wet Cloth Covers for  conductivity and best results.
